David Hollenbaugh, Senior Consultant

David understands that challenges lead to solutions which in turn, lead to success. For more than twenty years, he has held performance-based roles and helped organizations build value and increase results, in both Christian higher education and the corporate world. With special attention to skill-sets, strategy and organizational dynamics, David coaches and builds up organizations to solve problems and achieve goals – relying on biblical principles and promise.

Most recently, as Senior Director of Development at Grove City College, David was instrumental in bringing the $90 million Grove City Matters campaign to its current, successful progress and completing the $68 million Change & Commitment campaign prior to that. In his corporate sales and marketing experience, he built value and grew profits for Paychex, Liberty Mutual, and Dietrich Industries.

David's experience in in fundraising, management, organizational leadership and development, major gifts, annual giving, foundation and corporate relations, volunteer coordination and sales, gives him the foundation and perspective to effectively evaluate and bring solid solutions. He holds the Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grove City College and the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree from Geneva College.

David enjoys the outdoors and sports of all kinds. He and his wife Cheri have three children and reside near Pittsburgh, PA. He has been an elder and a deacon in the Presbyterian Church and is currently involved in teaching, leadership and special projects at Sandy Lake Wesleyan Church. He believes that his life’s work in every respect, is to help build God’s Kingdom.
